Soak yourself in loving-kindness! Join Steve Cope for this four-week experiential exploration of the practice of loving kindness. This simple meditation practice expands and deepens our natural capacity for kindness and open heartedness leading to greater presence, connection and resilience.
During the four weeks you will:

—understand why loving ourselves is so important
—recognise the benefits of this practice
—deepen your understanding through practice and discussion
—be given simple but effective ways to continue the practice at home
The spirit of the course is one of openness, warmth, joy and acceptance. The focus will be on inquiry and self-discovery through practice as well as questions and clarifications.
As well as the four evening sessions, the programme is supported at home with an easy to use app, providing high qualitydaily meditation practices.
