Join Steve Cope for this four-week experiential exploration of the practice of loving kindness. This simple meditation practice expands and deepens our natural capacity for kindness and open heartedness leading to greater presence, connection and resilience.
During the four weeks you will:
—learn the most important principles of loving-kindness practice
—understand why loving ourselves is so important and learn methods for cultivating this
—deepen your understanding through practice and discussion
—be given simple and effective ways to continue the practice at home
The spirit of the course is one of openness, joy and acceptance. The focus will be on inquiry and self-discovery through practice as well as questions and clarifications.
To support the four evening sessions, there is also an easy to use app, providing high quality, daily loving-kindness meditation practices.
